We are able to offer maintenance packages and Gas Safety checks as required. We cover Landlords with 2 or 3 properties all the way up to Housing Associations with 10,000 properties.
All Landlords Gas Safety Inspection documentation (CP12) is completed electronically on site by our engineer by way of their PDA. This includes for electronic signature capture of the signature of both engineer and tenant. This document is e-mailed to the Landlord in electronic PDF format within minutes of the engineer leaving site. Our electronic CP12 has been fully authorised by the HSE and GasSafe.
